  • Built a Power BI dashboard with DAX measures for occupancy, ADR, and cancellation rate, isolating the segments driving the largest revenue leakage.

Credit Risk & Loan Default Analysis

  • Profiled default rates by loan grade, term, income band, and debt-to-income ratio on the Kaggle Lending Club dataset, engineering features and training a scikit-learn logistic regression model evaluated via ROC-AUC.
